I heard this a lot as a GI in public information office

When I was in the Army working at the Public Information Office at Fort Benning, GA, I used to hear this a zillion times on the parade grounds. This recording is of Sousa's band in November 1923 of the "Washington Post March." It is from the Library of Congress National Jukebox.
