Tiffani, daughter of Joyce and Bill Terazzi of Bullhead City, Arizona, and Mark were married August 4, 2007.

Jim Friel elected mayor of Newcomerstown

James A. Friel, who was unopposed, was elected mayor of Newcomerstown on Tuesday. He received 624 votes. Incumbent Mayor Steven Guy, a Republican, did not seek another term. Friel is a Democrat. The new four-year term for mayor begins Jan. 1, 2012. The current salary for mayor is $10,000 per year.
