Judy Friel's brother dies

Jeffery A. Wolfe, brother of Judy (Mike) Friel, died Friday. Here is his obituary from the Times-Reporter:

Jeffery A. Wolfe, 45, of 118 S. Miller St., Uhrichsville, O., passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, Nov. 10, 2006. A son of the late Charles T. and Pauline (Berkes) Wolfe, he was born Feb. 13, 1961, in Dennison, O.

Jeff was a lifelong resident of the Twin City area, a graduate of Claymont High School in 1979 and a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Uhrichsville. He was a self-employed painter and the owner of “Picky Painters,” in addition to working at BarMet for many years. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid NASCAR and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Jeff will be sadly missed by his family which includes a son, Thomas Wolfe of the home and a son, Kevin Gray, of Toronto, O.; a stepdaughter, Tiffani Kees of Uhrichsville; a sister, Judy Friel and husband Michael of Dennison; a brother, Charles “Buster” Wolfe and wife Deb of Uhrichsville; nieces, Dusti and Deanne Friel; and nephews, Michael Friel and Chas Wolfe.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery A. Wolfe II, who died June 26, 1990.

Services for Jeff, officiated by the Rev. Larry Malterer, will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, at 11 a.m. in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville. Jeff’s family will receive callers at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to his family in care of the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home to help defray the cost of his final expenses. (R.K. Lindsey)
